What data?
What data do we collect and what do we do with it?
- A limited amount of data is provided to the government. For our project, we provide information about your street name, house number and what measures have been taken.
- Your contact data will be kept only by FIXbrigade Culemborg for the purpose of making an appointment with you. We keep this data for one year to make another follow-up appointment for additional measures.
- Only the data ‘address’ and ‘place of residence’ will be provided to the Municipality of Culemborg and they will provide these data to the government. We use the data name and e-mail address ourselves to keep in touch with you and to help you in an appropriate way.
- Your data will never be provided to third parties, unless it is stated and you have given permission to do so. Examples are:
- Participation in collective purchasing actions (the data will then be passed on to the executing party, so that they can contact you for an offer).
- Participation in activities at your request for which you are sent materials (for example, a gift or items you ordered using the discount code we provided. The companies that send these items will then receive your address for shipping these items).
We act in accordance with the guidelines of the AVG.
View, modify or delete data
You have the right to view, correct or delete your personal data. You also have the right to withdraw your possible consent for data processing or object to the processing of your personal data by FIXbrigade Culemborg. You also have the right to request us to send the personal data we have on you in a computer file to you or another organization named by you.
You can send a request to inspect, correct, delete or transfer your personal data or a request to withdraw your permission or objection to the processing of your personal data to sandra@vrijstadenergie.nl. It should be noted that the right to erasure is not possible if there is a purpose for the data processing. This is the case, for example, when you have entered into a contract with us.
To make sure that the request for inspection is made by you, we ask you to send a copy of your ID with the request. In this copy, black out your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip of numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and Citizen Service Number (BSN). This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as soon as possible, but within four weeks.

For what purpose and on what basis do we process personal data?
FIXbrigade Culemborg processes your personal data for the following purposes:
- Contacting you by e-mail or telephone in order to carry out our services.
- Offering appropriate products and services.
We process personal data on the basis of a legitimate interest, namely to be able to perform our services. In addition, we process personal data based on agreements, namely for the provision of our services.
What personal data?
Personal data is data that tells us something about you or that we can relate to you. You share personal data with us when you are a customer or have contact with us.
